AsianLogic Signs Strategic Agreement with
Leisure Resorts & World Corp.
AsianLogic Limited (AIM: ALOG), the Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that it has signed a strategic agreement with Leisure Resorts & World Corp. ("LRWC"), the Philippines based leisure and gaming operator, whereby both companies will form a new company ("Newco") that will develop and operate a land-based sportsbook operation.
A further announcement providing additional details of both the agreement and the formation of the Newco will be issued after the Company's AGM on Friday, 27 June 2008.
