AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that on 6 May 2008 it received notification from Artemis Investment Management Limited of a notifiable interest of 3,308,455 shares representing a holding of 3.04% of the total voting rights.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 108,931,250, with one vote per share. Shareholders should use this number when considering their obligations to disclose their shareholdings.
