To: All AsianLogic Shareholders

Dear Shareholder,

The Board of Directors have received several enquiries from Shareholders indicated that some shareholders were interested in selling their shareholding in AsianLogic, but these shareholders had missed the tender offer closing date.

A Matched Bargain Facility has been created to allow shareholders a trading facility in the event that shareholders wish to sell their shares now that the Company is an unquoted vehicle. However, no shareholder has made use of this facility, and as there is a GBP 35.00 transaction fee, the Board is concerned that perhaps this fee is a deterrent to those shareholders holding small packages of shares.

A large number of shares have been purchased by various investment vehicles, called Nominee shareholders. This has meant that identifying the underlying shareholders has been extremely difficult, as has been the maintaining of an accurate share register.

As a result of these factors, the Board of Directors has decided to write to all shareholders to see if any shareholders are interested in selling their shares. This is not a binding offer to buy any AsianLogic shares that Shareholders wish to sell; it is simply an inquiry to see what level of interest there is in selling AsianLogic shares, and to obtain a list of shareholders, their holdings and their selling price. As it is proposed that any shares purchased will be bought by the Company, there will not be any transaction fees applicable to any shares sold under this arrangement.

The Board of Directors will collate all the replies received and then meet to discuss whether the Company is in a position to buy some or all of these shares.
