In connection with the delisting from AIM, AsianLogic set up Matched Bargain Facility whereby shareholders could register their wishes to buy or sell shares at an agreed price, and the facility provider would seek to match the order with an opposite sell or buy instruction. This Matched Bargain Facility has now been discontinued, primarily because the costs to AsianLogic of maintaining it were no longer justifiable given the very limited number of instructions being registered with the provider.
